Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within [5-10] business days after your order is placed.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders may take additional time to arrive after they have been processed and shipped.

During product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation has been sent.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, TVNZ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building's mailroom, and the carrier.

You may also contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at tvnz.store@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and/or products so that we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authority.

TVNZ is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers.

Shipping Delays

While we do everything possible to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery window, TVNZ cannot guarantee delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
